Punch lists and sub scorecards
Items are sorted by trade and matched to the right subcontractor. A report card for every sub shows how fast they close items, how much they leave open, and how responsive they are.
Schedule reality
Import your schedule as a CSV and FieldBrief compares it with what the walks observed (on track, at risk, or behind, by activity), plus an owner-meeting brief you can download as a PDF.

Hazards and near-misses mentioned on the walk go into a safety log you can export. One click drafts a toolbox talk from your recent safety observations.
